Manufacturing & Capabilities

At Storage Solutions MFG, our manufacturing operation is designed around one goal:

Make it easy for independent closet companies to deliver great installs — consistently.

That means strong production capabilities, reliable processes, and a level of review and support that most wholesale manufacturers don’t provide.

Facility Overview

Based in Rock Hill, South Carolina, our facility supports a defined East Coast service area where we can provide dependable production and cost-effective delivery.

As demand grows, we’re expanding our footprint and increasing capacity — while keeping the same partner-first mindset that built our reputation.

Equipment + Production Process

Our shop is built for efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability.

We invest in the right equipment and processes to ensure:

Consistent cuts and machining

Clean, professional finishes

Reliable fit and assembly in the field

We manufacture the systems you need — panels, components, and supporting materials — so your team can stay focused on design, sales, and install.

The Engineering Review Workflow
(The Real Difference)

Many manufacturers follow a “screen-to-machine” process:

You submit the job → it goes straight to production → you get exactly what you entered.

Storage Solutions MFG doesn’t operate that way.

Before any job moves into production, it goes through a real engineering review.

Our team checks for issues that could cause:

Fit problems in the field

Hardware conflicts

Install complications

Missing or mismatched parts

If something looks off, we flag it and work through it with you before production begins.

That one step saves time, prevents callbacks, and protects your install day.

Quality Control Mindset

Our version of quality control isn’t just “does this part match the order.”

  • Does this job make sense as a complete system?

  • Will it go together cleanly on-site?

  • Does the installer have what they need?

We’re focused on delivering materials that help you finish the job without surprises.

Packed As Complete Packages

One thing our partners appreciate most is how orders arrive.

We pack jobs so they show up as a complete system — panels, hardware, accessories, and everything needed to install the closet together. The goal is simple:

Your team should be able to load up, go to the job site, and install — without chasing missing pieces.
